#grateful

I was just thinking about the nine pounds that I lost and kept off in 2014, subtracting another today to make it ten... and I realized that I have actually lost a total of 20 from my highest weight. I've kept that first ten off for so long that I all but forgot it was ever there. I don't think it's even noticeable at all, but I don't care about that anymore. I just want to be healthy for as long as I can, to be able to enjoy all the beautiful things in this life that I have up to now been missing out on due to sore back, sore feet, etc., all the things that many in the naturally thin crowd perhaps take for granted! :) Looooong way to go but you can bet I'm going to make a huge dent in it by the time we ring in 2016! Cheers to all of you who are doing the same, and thank you to everyone for your support and inspiration!
